Will my photo(s) work?
Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?
Until we have approval of the artwork we can make any changes you would like! Any requests for changes after the artwork has been approved will not be accepted.
Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
As this is a custom product, it is not subject to cancellations after 24 hours of placing the order. Requests for cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of ordering.
What is digital artwork?
We offer digital artwork as a more cost-effective option. This is a high res image file we email to you for your own prints locally. This can be used for posters, canvases, mugs, t-shirts and many more!
Can't an app do this?
Nope. Not yet anyway. Here are things our hand-drawn portraits have that apps don't:

We have a huge back catalog with 100s of different designs! If you cannot find a listing or a superhero you would like, drop us a message and we can search our archive for it!
If we do not have it, we can create this for you, we will draw your favorite design from scratch!
How can i see a preview?
As the artwork is drawn by hand to order, we are unable to show previews before ordering. Artwork will be sent within 48-72 hours after ordering, and any changes can be made at this point.
Please note - we only produce canvases on approval of the artwork
